Position Overview

The Production & Fulfillment Assistant supports the hands-on work that keeps Monad Naturalists running day to day. This role focuses on packing, labeling, shipping, and maintaining order within a small-batch production environment.

This is a practical, detail-oriented role suited for someone who takes pride in doing simple work well.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders with accuracy and care
• Apply labels and prepare products for fulfillment
• Assist with inventory counts and organization
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace
• Support small-batch production days as needed

Schedule
