Position Overview

The Herbal & Formulation Assistant supports ingredient preparation, formulation documentation, and limited research and development projects. This role works closely with existing formulas and processes rather than high-volume production.

This is a focused role best suited for someone who values precision, process, and quiet work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and measure ingredients for small-batch formulas
• Assist with formulation documentation and batch records
• Support quality consistency checks
• Assist with ingredient organization and storage
• Support research or test batches as needed

• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Comfortable following precise instructions
